The Petopia Art Show is scheduled for three days:
- December 1st from 6 pm to 10 pm
- December 2nd from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- December 3rd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
This art show features the work of approximately 15 artists from the First Tuesday Artists of Merida group. The artwork encompasses a variety of styles and mediums, all centered around the themes of cats and dogs. Visitors can expect to find pieces in watercolors, acrylics, oils, clay, leather, and paper, which will be available for purchase. Additionally, smaller original artworks like greeting cards, coasters, and keychains will be on display.
Notably, all the artists have donated their artwork, and the gallery has waived its commission, meaning that 100% of the proceeds from the art sales will support the Evolucion animal rescue and the Ester y Liza dog/cat sterilization program. The opening event takes place at 6 PM on December 1st at Casa de la Bestia, located at Calle 41 #539a X 74 y 74A Centro. It promises to showcase imaginative and creative art, making it an event not to be missed.
