        Oceransky is a Mexican singer and songwriter, specialized mainly in trova, pop and romantic ballads. Oceransky is his middle name and Hernández his first last name. He won first place in the National New Singing and Urban Rock Contest in 1998, with the song El Otro México and third place in the 60 years of National Action contest in 1999 with the song Another Day More.
